Marking the end of their unit study on Native Americans, the fifth graders went to the American Museum of Natural History and explored the Eastern Woodland and Pacific Indian exhibits. They had the opportunity to see first-hand the artifacts that they have been learning so much about. While in the museum, the students were also able to enjoy the renowned space show at the Hayden Planetarium. It was a great day for all involved. The students are looking forward to their next trip!
