This past weekend, the RKYHS freshmen girls participated in a Shabbaton in Livingston. The girls kicked off the weekend at the Shabbat Project Challah Bake at JKHA/RKHYS on Thursday evening. They were hosted by families in the Livingston community and spent a beautiful Shabbat together. The program gave the girls an opportunity to enhance integration through icebreaker games, divrei Torah, singing zmirot, and many other group activities. Shabbat concluded with a beautiful musical Havdalah at the Blank residence.
