He’Atid sixth graders enjoyed their very own Shabbat-in. The theme for the Shabbat-in was hakarat hatov. Leading up to the day, the students worked in committees to prepare the different activities. The students enjoyed cholent and kugel while singing their favorite zemirot, listening to divrei Torah from their peers, playing games and learning in chavrutot. The room was filled with ruach. On Saturday night, they continued the fun activities with a melave malka and a mini color war based on the themes they learned on Friday.
