Last week Rabbi Fried from the Model Matzah Factory came and showed the children of Gan Henel how to bake matzah. From grinding the wheat into flour with an authentic hand mill, to poking holes in the dough with forks to finally eating it—everyone had a great time! It was extra special, because friends from Gan Henel Englewood joined in!
