RYNJ early childhood division was visited by a marvelous celebrity guest, Morah Aviva Vogel, the school’s previous early childhood director. She helped the children bake matzah in exactly 18 minutes. Mixing pre-measured flour and water, perforating the dough with a fork, and watching the matzos come out of the oven was such a beautiful experience for everyone. Morah Aviva explained the process and made the baking such a highlight.
