Newly elected Highland Park Mayor Elsie Foster stepped a few feet across her town’s borders on Thursday, February 23, to visit the Rabbi Pesach Raymon Yeshiva in Edison, where dozens of Highland Park families send their children for a robust religious and secular education. Mayor Foster first met privately with Head of School Rabbi Michael Ribalt, School President Jordan Kaplan, and Executive Director Jonathan Caplan, then attended the kindergarten Presidents Day program.
