Big Brother is back. RTMA 11^th graders have begun their training for the ever popular Big Brother program. The initiative pairs 11^th graders with students from the RTMA middle school, and they act as mentors for the younger students throughout the year. The program provides both formal and informal opportunities throughout the year for the students to interact and grow together. This week’s training was an exercise in engaging in difficult conversations.
