Ben Porat Yosef junior high students completed their unit on kashrut with an informative and interesting presentation from Rabbi Menachem Genack, CEO of the Orthodox Union’s kosher division, and BPY grandparent. Rabbi Genack spoke with the students on Wednesday, January 20, describing his work at the OU and explaining some of the practical intricacies of kashrut that the organization encounters.
