The Ma’ayanot drama club, in conjunction with Black Box Studios, invited the entire community to two performances of “My Aunt’s Son Vinny,” a comedic adaptation—written by senior Leora Kohn—of Dave Launer’s famous screenplay “My Cousin Vinny.”

The production was professionally directed by Black Box Studio Artistic Director Matt Okin, and student directed by Ma’ayanot junior Shoshana Dimbert. Shira Gelb ‘17 served as Assistant Director, with tech and stage management provided by Shalhevet Abenaim ‘18, Hannah Buhasira ‘18, Leora Wasserman ‘18 and Chava Zakheim ‘19. The production also included a cast of 17 students of all grade levels, including: Rachelli Blech, Esther Brodsky, Shayna Dulitz, Chana Ingber, Shoshana Klein, Leora Kohn, Devora Krischer, Penina Krischer, Lily Meiseles, Yael Miller, Meira Prager, Ariella Rand, Dora Schechter, Leah Stone, Nava Weisel, Dena Winchester and Maya Wind.
