Last week was Community Helpers Week in TCA first grade! Thank you to Leo’s mom for coming in to talk about her job as a lawyer. The first graders learned about the process one goes through to become a lawyer, what a lawyer’s job is and what a courthouse looks like. Thank you to Ariel’s mom who is a small business owner. She taught the children all about her custom gift business and even did a project with the class. Each child got to create his or her own personalized bookmark!
