As is tradition at Nefesh Yehudi Academy, Lag B’Omer is the time when the fourth and fifth graders take over. The students spend an entire week learning about the origins of the holiday and the rabbis who are the main characters. They then come up with creative games to tie in that knowledge and teach the k-third graders in a fun, exciting and engaging way. This year was no different. Once again, it is a highlight of the year.
