Lubavitch on the Palisades Preschool children prepared for Pesach by baking their very own matzahs. They took kernels off of stalks of wheat and ground the kernels into flour. They added water and with only 18 minutes until baking time, they kneaded and rolled the dough into round, flat circles, poked holes and baked the matzahs. The delicious smell of matzah permeated the entire school.
