Eden Cohen and Joseph Greenberg have been friends for quite some time. They met back in high school and kept in touch even after Greenberg transferred to another school. When they entered their twenties though, it was with very different skill sets: Cohen had studied business and real estate while Greenberg had gone to trade school and studied handywork. Having remained close over the years, they recently decided to merge their talents and create E&S Home Solutions, offering real estate solutions to those in the tri-state area.
“It’s a perfect merging of our respective skill sets,” Cohen shared with The Jewish Link. “[Greenberg] knows handywork, and I back him up on the business side of things. Together we’re able to do good work and make a difference in our clients’ lives. We’re off to a strong start and are really hopeful for the future.”
E&S Home Solutions launched earlier this month and is already working with a number of properties.
“What makes our company unique is that we go that extra mile with our clients,” Cohen continued. “How it works is that I handle the management side of the business and then [Greenberg] and his team handle the operational side: fixing up units, doing repairs, handling contractors and everything that goes into making the job as ideal as possible.”
The main focus right now for E&S Home Solutions residential and commercial operations will be all types of plumbing, gutter cleaning and electrical work. This comprehensive approach ensures satisfaction and efficiency for all of their clients.
“We do everything ourselves,” Cohen continued. “It’s one of the things that we take a great deal of pride in. And in addition to the typical stuff, we also have a surplus of connections to maximize our home design efforts. We have some of the best contractors within the tri-state area on our staff and an incredible tiling connection. The work our team does blows my mind sometimes.”
E&S Home Solutions prides itself on their customer support skills and understanding the intricacies of the jobs they take on. In doing so, they are able to prioritize the well-being of their clients and provide top-notch service.
“We have a keen eye for not just the business, but the work as a whole that needs to be done,” Cohen continued. “When we’re working with a client, we greet them with respect, figure out the best way to get the job done, and then do it. We truly care for our clients, and do what we can to make sure the work is done right. That’s what sets E&S Home Solutions apart from other companies.”
As E&S Home Solutions continues to gain momentum, Cohen and Greenberg are looking to the future with great optimism. They aim to eventually expand their reach and take on even more clients.
“We’re two friends who are passionate about the work that we do,” Cohen went on to say. “We have a great work ethic,and we balance each other out. We’ve been talking about doing something like this for a while and it’s been paying off so far. When we talk about it now, [Greenberg] and I say we should have started sooner.”
