Editor’s note: In the latest outrageous display of Jewish Link nepotism to date, we welcome Hannah Kratz who has demanded to be given column space for her new Kids’ Link column, which is a true homage to Harry Glazer’s Jewish Link Superfan of the Month. Except for kids only, by a kid only.
And the first-ever Kids’ Link Superfan is (drumroll, please) Moshe Mittleman!
Moshe, age 11, is a fifth grader at the Moriah School, lives in Bergenfield, and in his spare time he likes to read and play with his friends. He is a little nervous about starting middle school next year. In the summer, he goes to Camp Regesh.
He also enjoys all kinds of sports. Moshe’s favorite subjects in school are reading and art. Moshe’s parents are named Nechama and Dov. He has three siblings: Sara, 9; Yaakov, 6; and Tamar, 1. His grandparents just moved to Teaneck from Queens. A book that Moshe recommends is “Dogman Fetch 22” by Dav Pilkey.
When Moshe grows up, he wants to be a doctor. He’s been a fan of The Jewish Link ever since he first saw it. If he had a job at The Jewish Link, he would want to be the boss. If he would write an article for The Jewish Link, he would like to write about local topics: shuls and neighborhood news.
So let’s get right into it. What’s your favorite part of The Jewish Link?
I like reading the memes and the Kids’ Link. I like The Jewish Link because it’s awesome.
Oh, so do you have a favorite meme?
No, they are all awesome.
Do you read The Jewish Link every single week?
Yes, I fight with my siblings about reading it every week.
Hannah Kratz, age 12, is a Kids’ Link superfan, but no one ever interviewed her, so she has decided to take matters into her own hands. If you would like to be a Jewish Link Kids’ Link Superfan of the Month, please email [email protected].
