Yavneh Academy’s celebration for Israel’s 68th birthday was truly spectacular. The chag began with beautiful tefilla, including Hallel, and continued with dancing; daglanut; singing; an Israel-themed Color War for the Lower school; themed in-class activities; Israel map fun; and a “trip” to Israel with stops at the shuk, Tel Aviv, Yerushlayim, Tsfat, Ein Gedi and an army base.
