The Freehold Jewish Center will host a new dramatic reading of award-winning playwright Gary Morgenstein’s explosive drama “Free Palestine” about academic freedom, antisemitism and the perils of parenting on Sunday, March 12 at 2 p.m. Previous sold-out events have been held at Congregation Agudath Achim in Bradley Beach and Center Players in Freehold.

The March 12 reading features Jackie Kusher (Adam Seitz); Tavea Sanderson (Vanessa Bickford); Marina Chan (Estie Seitz); Jordan Brown (Reggie Bickford); Randy Cooper (Preston Tyler) and Kristina McKinney (Nadia Ruiz), with Miriam Kapelushnik handling stage directions.

There will be a talkback following the reading featuring Rabbi Nathan Langer, spiritual leader of Freehold Jewish Center; Susan Rosenbluth, editor and publisher of Jewish Voice and Opinion, and Morgenstein.
