West Orange—On Tuesday, June 14, friends, supporters and community members will gather for the dedication and ribbon-cutting ceremony of Chabad’s new home, at a dinner celebrating this special occasion.
“This is a dream come true for all the dedicated individuals who were involved in our capital campaign,” said Rabbi Mendy Kasowitz, director of Chabad of West Orange (CWO). “With everything we have planned, the evening promises to be a time of much-anticipated celebration!”
The honorees for the evening are Chaim and Pnina Massoth, longtime members and supporters of Chabad of West Orange, and Dr. Vitaly and Nina Fishbein, who have an office in Chabad’s building and are close friends of CWO.
Also being honored are the team of professionals who were instrumental in the finding, purchase and renovation of the new center: Susanne Newmark—Newmark Associates, Murray Palent—Yarum Associates, Josh Fruchter, Dennis Fruchter, Avi Laub—financial advisors, Lawrence Levitt—attorney, Moshe Gutman—project consultant, and Stephen Schwartz and Howard Coopersmith of SWS Architects.
In attendance will be Rabbi Mendy Kasowitz; Rabbi Moshe Herson, dean of Rabbinical College of America; and Robert D. Parisi, mayor of West Orange.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by the dinner at 6:30 p.m.
