(Courtesy of Bris Avrohom) At a recent visit to Chevron, Bris Avrohom continued its mivtzah tefillin with Israeli soldiers who guard me’aras hamachpeila. The Chabad Shaliach in Chevron, Rabbi Itzik Naimark, as well as the Chief of Security Sar Avrohom, both requested a new pair of tefillin as the most appropriate gift to the soldiers to provide them with protection as they protect the me’aras hamachpeila.
