Yeshivat Chovevei Torah Rabbinical School (YCT) appointed Kenneth S. Wagner as Director of Development. Wagner joins YCT to capitalize on its growth and to execute a new fundraising plan that focuses on a consistent and structured approach to donor relations, community engagement and building the yeshiva’s brand as an organization ready to take on the most challenging issues of our day.
“Yeshivat Chovevei Torah is uniquely positioned to impact the world with its commitment to engage with and address the real challenges facing our communities,” said Wagner. “I am excited by the opportunity to join the team and help more people understand the role YCT plays and find ways for them to engage more fully with it.” President Rabbi Asher Lopatin is enthusiastic about the addition of Wagner to the staff and added, “Kenny comes to us with tremendous experience in strategic management and helping focus institutions to fulfill their key goals. This is exactly what we need to expand in order to deepen our network of supporters and friends in North America and beyond.”
Prior to joining YCT, Wagner was a Business and Technology Strategy Consultant with over 30 years of global experience in actualizing senior management’s top operational objectives. He has worked for Bristol Myers Squib, Teva Pharmaceuticals and IDT Corporation, among others, where he developed a reputation as a professional problem solver. Wagner holds a Bachelor of Arts from Yeshiva University, a Masters of Business Administration from Yale School of Management, a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University and a Certificate in Managing Technical Professionals & Organizations from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
