Every year before Rosh Hashanah, Rabbi Mendelson brings his shiur to meet with Rav Schachter, shlita and receive divrei bracha before the Yamim Noraim. This year the talmidim met with the rav right outside the Glueck Beis Medrash, where they were privileged to hear from the rav and shake his hand.

Each talmid approached the rav with the utmost respect, and some had personal stories to share as well, as he spoke briefly with each talmid. It is so special for the MTA talmidim to be on the Yeshiva University campus, and have the opportunity to meet with gedolei Torah on a regular basis.
