YU will host a book talk featuring, “The Judaism of the Poskim: Responsa and the Nature of Orthodox Judaism.” Authors of halachic responsa have lived everywhere, producing an overwhelming amount of literature. Rabbi Gidon Rothstein will explore how poskim agreed to disagree and how great minds essentially think alike.

The book talk will take place Tuesday, November 21, at 8 p.m. via Zoom.
