Sigal Ostrin of Highland Park is a senior at Ma’ayanot Yeshiva High School for Girls in Paramus, with a considerable commute. But when she decides to do something, she goes all in. In early November Sigal determined that she wanted to conduct her own fundraiser for IDF troops. She started making beaded bracelets, which she sells for $10 each. To date she has made over 180. And she’s not stopping. Her goal is to make over $2,500. All proceeds are going to a tactical IDF unit in northern Israel. To order a bracelet, email [email protected]
