The championship game for the OBBL league was a real nail biter. At the end of the fifth inning, the score was tied 3-3, and that score continued into the bottom of the sixth due to a few errors by the visiting team, Moonlight Cottages. There could only be seven innings for logistical reasons, and in the top of the seventh Moonlight Cottages had a breakout inning and really started hitting. The other team made a few errors and Moonlight Cottages took full advantage, scoring five runs that inning. They held the score at 8-3 through the last licks bottom of the seventh and emerged victorious. That game capped what had been a very exciting season for the league and everyone is looking forward to next season.
