New York Gov. Kathy Hochul hosted a Chanukah party this week in the Governor’s mansion in Albany, New York. Among those in attendance were a mother of one of the Israeli hostages held by Hamas in Gaza; New Square Mayor Israel (Izzy) Spitzer; Supreme Court Rachel Judge Freier; Rabbi Moshe Indig, a member of the Satmar community; Rabbi Gedalya Segedin, Kiryas Joel village administrator; Rabbi Chanina Sperlin, executive vice president, governmental affairs, Crown Heights Jewish Community Council; and David Greenfield, MET Council.
