RTMA Names Rabbi Chaim Marcus Mashgiach Ruchani

The Jewish Educational Center’s RTMA Division is excited to announce the appointment of Rabbi Chaim Marcus as its new Mashgiach Ruchani.

“Bringing Rabbi Marcus on board,“ said Rabbi Ami Neuman, Principal of RTMA, “bolsters our already amazing faculty. His special style of inspiration and guidance will undoubtedly enhance our program.”

Rabbi Marcus, who serves as the Rav of Congregation Israel in Springfield, NJ and is a long-time faculty member at RTMA’s sister school Bruriah High School for Girls, expressed equal excitement about his new role.

“As a local Rav, who is also an RTMA parent, I am excited to be working with such an outstanding group of professionals. I hope to help create an “avirah” (atmosphere) of deep ruchnius (spirituality) in the school through classroom teaching, school programs and one on one schmoozing with the students.”

“His dynamic personality, charisma and magnetic feeling of goodness that he gives over makes him a true asset,” said Rabbi Neuman.

Rabbi Noach Sauber, assistant Principal of RTMA concurred and said that, “our mesivta is very fortunate to have Rabbi Marcus join us.”

Ever-humble in hearing his accolades Rabbi Marcus shared that he “hopes to continue the great work the RTMA is doing in their pushing toward excellence ion all they do.”

Indeed the buzz throughout the division is electric both in an out of the classroom as students, faculty and parents alike are thrilled with this latest news out of RTMA.

This comes as the division unveils a series of transformative enhancements that include new state of the art STEM labs, leadership training program, team-building among students, advanced and expanded professional and resource development for staff, and more.
