Yeshivat Netivot students prepared for Rosh Hashanah with hands-on lessons in the classroom and outside of it. Students learned about many different types of animals and their horns with Rabbi Strassburg of the Shofar Factory, which was generously sponsored by a Netivot family. Each elementary student cut their own shofar, sanded and polished it, and then enjoyed blowing it!
