Pre-k had wonderful and informative visits from various health professionals including a nurse, an emergency room doctor and a Teaneck Volunteer Ambulance Corp member as part of Health Week. Of all things, they loved learning about germs! To demonstrate how easily germs transfer from one person to the next, different colored glitter was placed on the children’s hands, and they then high-fived and shook each other’s hands. What a mess—if only you could fight germs with glitter remover!
