Rabbi Pesach Raymon Yeshiva’s first grade students visited Regency Jewish Heritage Nursing Center this week in Somerset, NJ. The students sang holiday themed songs and handed out Rosh Hashanah cards they made in class to the residents. As part of student middot (character) enrichment, teaching chesed and instilling a spirit of volunteerism is an integral part of RPRY’s education.
