On Thursday night, February 29, TABC’s Theater Department presented “Lord of the Flies.” The cast was mainly comprised of students new to acting who have worked extremely hard to develop their characters, memorize lines and blocking, learn fight combat sequences, and bond as a tribe. It was incredible to watch TABC’s students bring this piece of classic literature to the stage with their unique points of view. Special thanks to Director Rebecca Lopkin for all of her time and efforts in mounting TABC’s 12th full production, and to Karen Schild (mother of Akiva ‘23) for designing and creating the costumes. Mazal tov as well to the newest International Thespian Society inductees, seniors Ohr Avishur, Ilan Nissel and Alex Weinberg, and sophomore Chaim Lipman.
