There is a saying that one good deed leads to another, and recently I saw that quite clearly. A group of caring community members joined forces to organize a beautiful event to raise awareness for SINAI schools. A local businessman donated a prize for the event’s raffle, and as a result one lucky SINAI student had a very special morning.
Our family won a raffle prize from Aryeh Moskowitz, of ARCAR Motors, at the SINAI Schools fundraising event last month. The prize was for a 30-minute ride in a luxury sports car. Of all people, we knew our son Zachary would enjoy this prize most. Upon hearing that our son loves sports cars and happens to be a student at SINAI, Mr. Moskowitz went above and beyond, bringing with him Joseph Cabuel, owner of EMSautoNJ, with a second car and extending the ride time. We thought it would be fun for Zachary to share his excitement and experience with his siblings and a few close friends. Mr. Moskowitz and Mr. Chabuel were happy to oblige. The cherry-red Alfa Romeo and the neon-green and white Porsche roared up to our house with such style, the children were so excited! They each got a chance to be a passenger in these cool cars.
It was such a pleasure to see the delight on the children’s faces the whole time they were riding or checking out the cars. It was especially rewarding to see how much Zachary enjoyed the moment and the pride he felt in sharing it. In a way, it was fitting that this experience was obtained through SINAI Schools, because it was representative of what SINAI Schools does for its students. Through their individualized instruction, SINAI Schools create for their students an environment where they can feel confident, included and happy.
