Rabbi Rosenblum showed the IEBECC children how we can make matzah in 18 minutes. The children each had a turn to pour the flour and water into the bowl. Once the flour and water were mixed it formed a dough. Each child got a piece of dough to roll out flat. Rabbi Rosenblum used a special roller with spikes on it to create holes in the dough and then placed the dough into the oven.
