Older students at WTA continue to expand their skills while studying Torah. This year, special guest Andrew Galitzer joined WTA to teach a workshop with third-eighth grade students about drawing their own Torah comics! Ever since he was in sixth grade, Andrew has been passionate about teaching Torah through art, and his program about drawing each stage of the story of Yetziat Mitzrayim, including with splitting the sea and Az Yashir brought the lessons to life in a new way for the students. Each one had a chance to draw their own comic and, through this exciting medium, share what they’ve learned about Chag haPesach.
