(Courtesy of Yeshivat He’Atid) At Yeshivat He’Atid, our Teacher Appreciation Week initiative is a collaborative effort to honor our exceptional teachers from both the YHPA and administration. Every day, our teachers receive thoughtfully curated surprises tailored just for them. The enthusiasm and support from the school administration and parent community to express gratitude towards our teachers are truly remarkable and cannot be overstated. Thank you, Yeshivat He’Atid teachers!
It’s really hard to believe that my time at Yeshivat He’Atid is almost over. My teachers have been so awesome and helpful during my school years. They’ve always been there for me, guiding me through my learning adventure. I’m definitely going to miss them a lot next year, but I feel super ready for high school thanks to them.
I’ll never forget Morah Leiku teaching me in second grade about food allergies and having us create a special allergy-sensitive cookbook. I felt that she really understood how best to teach me as an individual student. Her caring and nurturing presence helped me feel confident in my learning.

My teacher, Moreh Oz, is the funniest teacher ever! He teaches really well, but is so nice and funny. He always helps me when I need help, and sometimes in the middle of class he’ll start dancing. He starts singing random songs and it makes everyone in the room crack up! Overall he is the best teacher ever!

I love Morah Meredith and Morah Shira because they take us outside to play. Our classroom has so many fun toys, and they always give us time to play with them.
I love that Morah Meredith brought a globe to our classroom and is teaching us all about Planet Earth. I love that Morah Shira lets the chazan and chazanit daven on the comfy blue chair. Morah Shira and Morah Meredith have so many fun jobs for us to do and we have so many chances to do each one. My favorite job is as an Israeli flag holder. Morah Meredith and Morah Shira are the best teachers! They are smart, funny and they love all the children in the classroom.
