RKYHS and JKHA seventh and eighth graders welcomed Montana Tucker to school.

Tucker is a singer, songwriter, actress, dancer and Jewish woman who has used her expansive platform of 13 million followers across social media to fight antisemitism and hate, combat misinformation and miseducation as it relates to Israel, and promote Jewish pride.

Tucker shared what she’s experienced since October 7, what she’s been combating online and in person on college campuses and elsewhere, her decision to wear a giant yellow ribbon dress for the hostages to the Grammys, and how she’s been using her platforms for good. She also impressed upon the students the importance of using their voices to make a difference no matter how big or small the audience, how to combat hate on social media, and the need to keep displaying their Jewish pride.
