(TABC sports) The TABC varsity soccer team hosted the Rambam Ravens in the first round of the playoffs on Thursday night, May 23. It took a bit of time for TABC to get settled, but eventually, the boys were able to find a breakthrough via a great Matis Krause ’24 assist to Yoav Linder ’25. Krause scored what is becoming a routine first-half hat trick in the second quarter and Linder tallied another goal. Coupled with great goalkeeping from Tzvi Gold ’26, the Storm was up 5-0 at the break. Coming out of the locker room, The Storm played like a more unified unit. Just 15 seconds into the third quarter, Linder assisted on a great Krause header into the net. Krause and Linder combined for four goals each on the night. The game eventually saw more goals from Moshe Goldberger ’26 (x2), Jonah Miller ’25 (x2), Sammy Levine ’25 and Aryeh Owrutsky ’25. The final score was 14-1. TABC now advances to the semifinals and will host the Ramaz Rams, with a spot in the championship on the line. Vamos Storm!
