Ben Porat Yosef sixth grade students learned how simple components in nature come together to form more complex substances. By studying chromatography the students learned how to separate liquids. Thanks to the hood in the science lab, usually only available in high school labs and beyond, the students were able to safely experiment, and were able to utilize this important technique to further their understanding of the principles of chemistry.
