Keith Siegel (Keith Shmuel ben Gladis), 65, was kidnapped on October 7 from Kibbutz Kfar Aza along with his wife Aviva, 62. Aviva was released on November 26, while Keith remains in captivity. Keith was born in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and made aliyah about 20 years ago.

The Siegels have two daughters, Ilan and Shir. On April 27, Keith appeared in a Hamas propaganda video, along with hostage Omri Miran, the first indication that they are still alive. “Seeing my father today only emphasizes to all of us how much we must reach a deal as soon as possible and bring everyone home,” Ilan Siegel said.
