Ramaz’s advocacy for Israel was at an all time high at this year’s momentous Israeli Day Parade. Students from all three divisions came together to march for their homeland, sing and dance down Fifth Avenue, and show their unwavering support for their brothers and sisters in Israel. Ramaz debuted their float with performances from the Ramaz band that continued through the entirety of the parade, interspersed with thanks and kol hakavod to the NYPD. It was important for Ramaz this year to not only showcase their love for Israel, but to show their gratitude to those that continue to protect and support them throughout the school year. During a year that has been filled with horror and violence towards Israel, Ramaz’s message remains to spread hope.
