Kayle Nochomovitz

Kayle Nochomovitz

Ms. Kayle Nochomovitz holds an MFA in Creative Writing from The City College of New York (CCNY) and a bachelor’s from Brown University. She has taught undergraduate classes in Expository and Creative Writing since 2019. She is looking forward to bringing her knowledge of college-level standards to her work at JEC and to helping her students acquire the critical thinking, reading and writing skills they’ll need to thrive in today’s world.

Rabbi Elli Schwarcz

Rabbi Elli Schwarcz

Rabbi Elli Schwarcz comes to JEC with extensive experience in various educational settings. Rabbi Schwarcz joins our school after serving as a popular eighth grade rebbe in RYNJ for the last two years. He also writes and publishes “Torah Themes,” a weekly parsha pamphlet distributed to several shuls in Deal and West Orange.

Rabbi Shmuel Rube

Rabbi Shmuel Rube

Rabbi Shmuel Rube has worked in multiple roles at Mesivta Yesodei Yeshurun over the last four years. There he taught a Regents chemistry course as well as a bekius night seder shiur. He is currently completing a master’s in Jewish education from the Touro College Graduate School of Jewish Studies.

Joel Hanson

Joel Hanson

Joel Hanson joins the JEC family in his 24th year as an EFL/ESL instructor and his sixth as a university-level writing instructor. His experiences teaching Expository Writing and Academic Presentation and Discussion courses at Rutgers University and other local colleges have made him acutely aware of the essential critical reading and writing skills high school seniors need to thrive in university classrooms.
