Project Ezrah Hosts Gary Belsky at Rinat May 4

Teaneck—Project Ezrah and Gary Belsky want to help people take the next steps in their career. Gary Belsky, the former editor in chief of ESPN The Magazine and espn.com/insider, is a principal at Elland Road Partners, a media and editorial consulting firm. The New York Times bestselling author of eight books, including “Why Smart People Make Big Money Mistakes—And How to Correct Them: Lessons From the Life-Changing Science of Behavioral Economics,” Gary is a seasoned commentator on decision making, sports, media and personal finance.

“We are excited to bring author and renowned speaker Gary Belsky to Teaneck,” expressed Project Ezrah’s Director of Employment Jeff Mendelson. “With his background in behavioral economics, Belsky is constantly in demand and we are very fortunate to have the opportunity to hear him speak in his thought-provoking and engaging manner.”

The lecture is designed to appeal to people in all stages of their career, from entry level to senior level, and everywhere in between on the corporate ladder. Additionally, the topic will benefit those looking to develop their next professional move. Belsky’s presentation is not just for people looking for a new job. It is for anyone trying to figure out the next step in their professional development, or for someone trying to figure out if the next step is to grow within their current company or to start taking the next steps to grow at a different company.

The seminar is open to the entire community. A Thursday night will allow the college-age crowd to attend, as many students return home for the weekends and Belsky’s presentation can help them prepare for some of the decisions they may be faced with, as well as to ask themselves necessary questions as they search for careers. Mendelson stated that this is particularly timely, “as graduation season is upon us and many candidates will be starting new jobs—this is something that will help navigate your start to a successful career.”

Mendelson warned people not to be fooled by the title of Belsky’s book, which sounds like a finance book. “In reality,” Mendelson explained, “it’s about the social behavior in making decisions for life.”

Please join Project Ezrah at Congregation Rinat Yisrael, 389 West Englewood Avenue in Teaneck on Thursday night, May 4, at 7:30 p.m. to benefit from this seminar. RSVP is required to ensure a seat, so be sure to register at https://tinyurl.com/Belsky-Ezrah-RSVP.
