Local Bergenfield business owner David Pearlman of Executive Caterers proudly displayed one of his company’s star appetizers at this week’s Taste of Teaneck restaurant showcase at the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe, and continued to prove to others that kosher doesn’t have to equal uninspired. Executive Caterers’ applewood-smoked pulled brisket crispy rice cakes—a truly unique blend of savory tastes—feature only the most tender meat infused with a rich and delicate flavor.

Executive Caterers was joined by other local kosher food purveyors like ETC Steakhouse, Chopstix, Ma’adan and Englewood’s Ben & Jerry’s ice cream store. The event was sponsored by the Teaneck Rotary Club.
