To commemorate 9/11, Naaleh gathered to watch a powerful video that showed news coverage of the attacks as they were unfolding. The school was then privileged to hear from Jeff Cohen, parent of Naaleh freshman Sienna Cohen, who shared his story of what he went through being present at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. He recounted the events of what it was like to be a witness to such terrible events and the yad Hashem that led to him and his wife staying safe. It was extremely moving to hear this first hand account that demonstrated how very real and recent this terrible tragedy was.
