Packing It at Yad Leah, America
Mazal tov to the Bieler family on Chaya’s bat mitzvah. Chaya, a seventh grader at Shalshelet, celebrated her bat mitzvah at the Yad Leah warehouse where she and her friends sorted and packed over 400 items of clothing to be sent to families in need throughout Israel. Chaya also raised over $2,000 to pay the cost of shipping these clothes. Thank you, Chaya!
Unpacking It at Yad Leah, Israel
Aliza Back, a shopper at Yad Leah’s Ramat Beit Shemesh gemach, returned twice to purchase these pajamas donated from manufacturer Shinu Child. Aliza said, “I bought a pair for my daughter at the beginning of the week and she loved them so much I came back for more.” The pajamas came on the most recent Yad Leah container to Israel.
