The RYNJ ECD enjoyed a visit from the amazing Shofar Factory! Each class learned all about how a shofar is made, from the animals it is selected from to cleaning and preparing the shofar itself. The yeladim were able to see different size shofrot, feel their different finishes, hear their sounds, and experience every aspect of creating a shofar, from cleaning and staining to polishing and sanding. Thank you Rabbi Grossbaum for a fantastic hands-on and multi-sensory learning experience!
