Lower school Shabbat assemblies, coinciding with Rosh Chodesh, are the highlight of each month bringing joy to each child! The students eagerly welcome in Shabbat each month with much ruach, singing, dancing and inspiring stories led by JKHA Principal Rabbi Srolovitz and music teacher Morah Sarah Hoizner. Early childhood comes together for their own Shabbat assembly, followed by the rest of lower school. Students were excited for their first Shabbat assembly of the year to welcome in Shabbat and the new month.
