At RYNJ, students across all divisions prepare for Rosh Hashanah in meaningful and exciting ways. The middle school students are deeply engaged in learning the תפילות and הלכות of the יום טוב. The lower school students are focusing on learning traditional songs and creating sophisticated projects that they can use at home over the חג. Additionally, the lower school girls Rosh Hashanah music show was beautiful and inspiring, with each grade performing a different song for the others within the Rosh Hashanah theme. ECD yeladim participated in many Rosh Hashanah-themed activities as well, such as sorting apples by color, baking apple and honey treats, honey sensory experiences and special crafts. RYNJ wishes the entire community a שנה טובה ומתוקה.
