(Courtesy of Bris Avrohom) Danny Danon, Israeli ambassador to the U.N., met with Rabbi Mordechai and Shterney Kanelsky prior to the new year. They discussed the security in Israel and how every Jew must do something for their brethren in Israel.
Rabbi and Mrs. Kanelsky presented the ambassador with a jar of honey and a calendar of the new year, with warm wishes for a sweet new year for him and all Jews around the world. Rabbi Kanelsky then continued with blessing Danon that God should always put the proper words in his mouth to defend and secure the land of Israel and the Jewish people.
In response, Danon wished Bris Avrohom and the Kanelskys much success in all their noble work with the Russian Jewish community by bringing them closer to God, particularly in their work with the gala weddings.
