Ohr Yisroel rebbeim and talmidim enjoyed an amazing yeshiva wide retreat at the culmination of Elul zman. The remarkable trip was designed to bring everyone together at the start of the year and renew the storied family environment for which Ohr Yisroel is renowned. The retreat was a phenomenal success featuring many moments of togetherness and prepared the entire yeshiva to move forward into the year.

The retreat started off with a delicious lunch and helicopter rides affording the talmidim a view of the entire campus and surrounding area. The evenings were filled with fun and inspiration including a quiz show, scrumptious meals and singing and dancing well past midnight. The days featured an ice cream truck and yeshiva-wide basketball tournament, smong other campus activities.

Naturally, the kumzitz with the rebbeim during dinner was a highlight that will be remembered all year and certainly set the tone for the special days and weeks ahead.
