The Kaplen JCC on the Palisades will present the last film in its IAC Cinematec, where the US public can enjoy screening acclaimed Israeli films and participate in unique dialogues with film experts.

Meet Ronnie (Alon Aboutboul), a 60-year-old Israeli projectionist, who has been fired from his job and goes to the US in search of Rachel, the love of his youth. “Is That You?” is a romantic road trip to “the road not taken” in life, created by award-winning filmmaker Dani Menkin.

The film will be presented by Stuart Weinstock, a director, screenwriter and adjunct professor of film at Columbia University, on Sunday, June 11, 7-9 p.m. Price is $12 for JCC members and $14 for the public.
