TABC is proud to offer several lunch and learns for alumni throughout the year. Hosted by various alumni, these are a chance for TABC graduates to get together to socialize, network and learn from the yeshiva’s distinguished rebbeim. Last week, alumni gathered for a midtown Manhattan lunch and learn with Head of School Rabbi Asher Yablok, Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Yosef Adler and Director of Alumni Affairs Rabbi Haim Jachter. Graciously hosted by Yitz Rosenberg, ‘99, in the offices of Greystone Corp., in a beautiful conference room with a breathtaking view of Central Park and its majestic surroundings, alumni had the opportunity to hear Rav Adler deliver an inspiring analysis of the kedushah of Yerushalayim. Presented in Rav Adler’s inimitable manner, there were even some light moments fondly reminiscing about days at TABC. In one memorable moment, Noam Block, ‘04, presented an insight from Rashi he learned from a wonderful shiur he enjoyed at TABC. The topic was most timely, presented on the eve of this special Yom Yerushalayim, during which the Jewish people thanked Hashem for 50 years since Yerushalayim’s reunification. The learning was superb, lunch was plentiful and delicious and the feeling of warm camaraderie was palpable. TABC thanks Yitz Rosenberg for facilitating, together with Rabbi Jachter, yet another meaningful alumni experience.
